1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to the purchase of all listing packages (including Standard, Premium, or any other paid packages) offered through the MorocConnect website. Free listing packages do not involve payment and are therefore not subject to this refund policy.
2. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all purchases of listing packages are generally non-refundable once the package has been used or the associated listing has been activated.
A listing package is considered “used” or a listing “activated” when:
- The user has successfully submitted a listing using the package.
- The listing associated with the package has been published or made live on the MorocConnect website.
- Any features included in the package (such as “Featured” status) have been applied to a listing.
Once a listing package is used or a listing activated, the service has been rendered, and we cannot offer a refund.
3. Potential Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances, at the sole discretion of MorocConnect:
- Technical Issues Preventing Use: If a technical error on the MorocConnect platform demonstrably prevented you from using a purchased listing package to create or publish a listing, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same listing package multiple times in quick succession due to a clear technical error or misunderstanding, and you have not used the duplicate package(s).
Requests for refunds based on these exceptions must be made within a reasonable time frame (e.g., within 7 days of purchase) and must be supported by clear evidence of the issue.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Lack of results or inquiries for a listing.
- Listing removal due to violation of MorocConnect’s Terms & Conditions or Listing Guidelines.
- User error in selecting the wrong package.
- Failure to use the purchased package before its potential expiration.
- Any reason other than the potential exceptions listed in Section 3.
5. How to Request a Refund

- The date and details of the package purchase.
- A clear explanation of the issue you encountered and why you believe a refund is warranted, including any relevant screenshots or evidence.
